Job completed and delivered to client's satisfaction.

Documents:

Construction documents will be prepared as needed (this phase is utilized on larger scopes of work only, involving construction permits, for example with additions, major structural alterations, or new homes).

Preliminary Design:

Sketches and preliminary design will be presented at this meeting. Materials and finishes will be discussed. In the following days, you will receive an estimated proposal for your review.

Agreement:

Any needed changes or alterations will be made to the proposal and signed. Start date will be determined.

Construction:

Demolition/Construction starts!

Kolbe Designs will function as your GC and will manage the entire project from start to finish.

In-home Consultation:

We will set up a meeting at your home to discuss your project, budget, and your desired start date. For projects such as, kitchen, bathroom, basement or entire single level remodels, field measurements will take place the same day, otherwise a separate date will be scheduled for surveying of larger jobs.
